How we work together
Most engagements start with a scoping call and a short, written statement of work. From there we either run a time-boxed mandate (two to eight weeks, with a clearly defined deliverable) or a longer engagement with a fixed number of days per month.
Locations: Vienna and remote — with occasional on-site days when the project benefits from them.
